A simple and healthy green smoothie

Most people struggle to get in their greens. Green leafy veggies are packed with vitamins, minerals and fibre and are a vital part of a healthy diet. This smoothie offers a super convenient and a delicious way to get in your greens, fast food has never been this healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup baby spinach or kale
  • 10 grams Thrivosity Collagen (Change portion as per package instructions)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup green tea, cooled down
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (option)

Method

Add all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, into a blender, blend.

Stir in the chia seeds and enjoy,

To make your life easier, you can pre-portion the fruit and leafy greens into small bags and freeze them ahead and use them as needed.
