A simple and healthy green smoothie
Most people struggle to get in their greens. Green leafy veggies are packed with vitamins, minerals and fibre and are a vital part of a healthy diet. This smoothie offers a super convenient and a delicious way to get in your greens, fast food has never been this healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup baby spinach or kale
- 10 grams Thrivosity Collagen (Change portion as per package instructions)
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup green tea, cooled down
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (option)
Method
Add all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, into a blender, blend.
Stir in the chia seeds and enjoy,
